JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will use your technical expertise and sales skills to promote and sell our innovative products and services. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and stay informed about market trends and competitor products to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates

  • Prepare sales or other contracts

  • Promote sales to existing clients

  • Identify and solicit potential clients

  • Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services

  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits from the use of goods or service

  • Deliver sales presentations

  • Prepare and administer sales contracts

  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates

  • Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support

  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services

  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services

  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments

  • Contact potential customers by phone

  • Set appointments for the sales team

SKILLS

  • Understanding of the products or services being sold, often requiring a background in engineering or IT.

  • Proven ability in sales techniques, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Aptitude for identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions.

  • Understanding of market trends and competitor products.

  • Efficient in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining records.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products.

  • Working effectively with other departments, such as engineering and marketing.

  • Competence in presenting products or services to potential clients in a professional manner.
